All About Me Fitness started out as Zumba with Antoinette back in 2011.
During the first few years we worked in numerous temporary locations such as churches and gymnasiums.
It became apparent after a while that to be successful we would have to expand outside the realm of Zumba and move into a permanent location.
In early 2014, we changed the name to All About Me Fitness. The name came from the idea that everyone should put themselves first when it comes to staying healthy. The AAM Angel was added because we like angels and wanted to somehow incorporate one into the logo. If you look closely, you can see that the angel is made from the letters AAM.
In April 2015 we moved into our current facility at 119 S. Washington.
Since that time, we have added several additional classes including Yoga and Tabata.
We are always on the lookout for new and exciting types of fitness activities and will add new classes in the future. If you have any class requests, please feel free to ask.
